Ray was an absolutely amazing guide. He was super organized, knowledgeable, and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the journey. The itinerary was packed but never felt rushed, and Ray handled everything smoothly, even in cold and windy conditions. He explained the parks in a really engaging way and was always patient when people had questions or needed help. On top of that, his energy and sense of humor made long drives and early mornings much more enjoyable. This trip honestly wouldn’t have been the same without him!
